Included and unlocks
- Plaid Shirt and Summer are included. A new player starts in ordinary clothes.
- The other sixty-eight unlock one at a time through Apple In-App Purchase, or all at once with Unlock all.
- Tapping a card only changes who is on show. Confirm Player wears an included golfer, or buys a locked one first.
